Returns and Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at 0543 732 36 33 or via email at info@3rdcultureproject.com. You can return or exchange your items within 30 days after you placed your order.

General return and exchange conditions are as follows:

  • Returns must be made with the product's original box and/or packaging.
  • Products with damaged original packaging (e.g., torn packaging, placed in different packaging, with shipping labels or other information directly attached to the box/packaging, sealed with tape, or written on) are not accepted. Products that have lost their economic value, have been used even once, damaged, or are in a condition where they cannot be resold due to reasons not caused by the seller are also not accepted.
  • The original invoice, and a letter clearly stating the reason for the return must be sent with the product.
  • Except for hidden defects, product return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. The 30-day period is a mandatory period as per legal regulations.
  • Please inspect your package for damage, defects, or loss of economic value at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should not be accepted by the consumer.
  • Returns are not possible for custom-made orders, including prints, furniture, wallpaper and cushions.

For returns of other products:

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (except in cases of defect or damage), products that pose a health risk once opened. The following products can only be returned if their packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused:

Clothing, home textiles, loungewear, and textile accessories.

Home decor products and accessories.

Return Process

For return requests that meet the conditions mentioned above:

  • The consumer should send the product, along with the invoice, delivery note, etc., in a sturdy cardboard box or similar packaging to prevent damage to the original packaging.
  • Once the return is received, it will be reviewed by the returns department.
  • If necessary, the product will be sent to the supplier for testing.
  • If the return request meets the conditions and legal regulations mentioned above, the return process will begin.
  • The return process takes 7 days. The customer/consumer will be contacted, and based on their preference, a new product will be sent, or a refund will be issued. Return requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer/consumer.

Cancellation Conditions You can cancel new orders only if they have not yet been shipped.

Refunds for canceled/returned orders will be processed within 7 business days after our approval. You can return all or part of your order; in this case, partial refunds can be issued for the canceled items. For orders paid by credit card, the charged amount will be refunded to your card.
